- The basic purposes of Organization: social protection of the needy citizens by granting by him of constant workplaces on created by Fund or with participation of Fund the enterprises; creation and development of the enterprises (organizations, establishments) medical-sanitation, preventive, rehabilitation, ecological, sports, cultural, scientific, educational and religious character; the agricultural and industrial enterprises, and also enterprises of sphere of services.
- The basic directions of rendering of the charitable help: the charitable help (property and financial) children, children - orphans, children - invalids, old men, pensioners, invalids, injured owing to failure on Chornobyl APS, injured owing to acts of nature, large families, refugees and also other wretched layers of the population; support and development of culture, sports, science, tourism; the charitable help (property and financial) organizations working in sphere of education, children's and medical establishments, establishments of culture, sports, public, religious organizations etc.

Development of a network of Branches of Fund (republican, regional, district, urban and village meaning) in all territory of Ukraine with the purpose of scope of the widest layers of the needy population in most underdeveloped regions of the country and decision in these regions of the basic authorized tasks of our Fund listed in item 11. b). Opening of Branches of Fund (legal persons) in all advanced countries with the purpose of development of the international communications with foreign public organizations; organizations of regular flows of the humanitarian help; development international medical, improving, rehabilitation, ecological, sports, tourist, cultural, educational, religious and other Programs; creation of joint ventures with the foreign partners.

Agricultural machinery and other vehicles, sowing material, fertilizers, factories and mini-factories, the equipment, materials and other property - for introduction of the charitable Program of Fund "Revival of the Ukrainian village";
- The polygraphic equipment - for creation of the charitable enterprises (for example: the charitable polygraphic Centre with the purpose of introduction and development of remote technologies of training in application to youth with the limited physical opportunities, orphans, financially unprotected citizens, which have the limited opportunities of movement to the Centres of training, by creation and distribution in regions of Ukraine of the educational literature and manuals for training, scientific - methodical manuals on preparation of the teachers and other printed production propagandizing principles and idea of educational Organization and our Fund according to the legislation of Ukraine);
- The medical equipment, medicines, diagnostic equipment and tomographs - for transfer to medical and medical-sanitation establishments; for creation of a network regional charitable stomatology, diagnostic etc. studies; saturation of the medical and medical-sanitation Centres (for example: the regional Centres of rehabilitation of youth with especial needs, Centre of radiating medicine etc.), sanatoriums, dispensarys etc., working on a charitable basis both working on the basis of Fund and its Branches;
- Freight transport (covered lorries - for transportation of the humanitarian help both because of a boundary, and on territory of Ukraine (for example, - transportation in regional Branches of Fund, between Branches etc.);
- Buses and microbuses - charitable transportation of children, pensioners, invalids in places of treatment, improvement and rest both on territory of Ukraine, and behind its limits; transportation pilgrims in Sacred places both on territory of Ukraine, and behind its limits; service of children's tourist camps and realization of tourist rounds both on Ukraine, and behind its limits etc.;
- Computer and the office equipment will be distributed: to the needy talented young people requiring scientific, experts and other members of Fund; to be used for creation of the charitable enterprises of Fund and Branches of Fund (for example, - network charitable «Internet - club» etc.);
- Interaction with State structures and other organizations: the Fund cooperates with Secretary of the President of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ukraine, the Ministry of agricultural policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of work and social policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Ukraine on affairs of family, youth and sports, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, other Ministries and departments, regional bodies of authority and local self-management, state and not state public organizations, and also donors promoting development of our Programs.
