Our International Charitable Fund after Saint Kseniya of Petersburg has begun the activity in October, 2000 (the Certificate on registration 0373 from 10/17/2000). Founders of Fund are Ukrainian and foreign citizens, and activity of Fund extends both on territory of Ukraine, and on territory of some countries of the world.
The Fund constantly develops a network of the structural divisions in territory of Ukraine (now works more 160 Branches - legal persons) and is interested in search of reliable partners for creation of the foreign structural divisions .
The Fund has no political orientation, does not give any support to political parties and physical persons during elections. The Fund has no before anybody any financial or material debts and obligations.
One of the basic directions of activity of our Fund is development and realization of large-scale charitable Programs and Projects.
Our Fund develops the global charitable Program "Revival of the Ukrainian village" above which introduction in territory of all Ukraine we work now. The program is created with use of original non-standard technologies and mechanisms within the limits of the current legislation of Ukraine. It consists of the main Subroutine on creation of charitable machine and tractor stations (MTS) and of some charitable Subroutines on creation as infrastructures which is connected with agrarian sector, and infrastructures which is focused on social protection and the priority help to inhabitants of village. The primary goals of this Program are the following:
- Mass creation of workplaces for citizens, first of all youth, able-bodied pensioners and invalids, citizens with especial needs, and also the military men dismissed from structure of Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- Development of agrarian sector in regions;
- Revival of settlements and villages which are on the decline;
- Creation of system of social protection of the population, first of all rural, and infrastructures of development of rural territories;
- Creation of system of social protection of motherhood and the childhood, first of all "children of street", orphans, having many children and incomplete families, etc.;
- Vocational training and employment of youth, first of all with especial needs and what have finished military service;
- Appreciably the decision of a problem of food safety of the State;
- Fastening youth on village by creation of corresponding conditions for residing and work.
The charitable Program of Fund "Revival of the Ukrainian village" has support of Secretary of the President of Ukraine, the Ministry of agricultural policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of work and social policy of Ukraine and the Ministry of Ukraine on affairs of family, youth and sports.
However, for effective realization of the mentioned Program powerful foreign partners which would be capable to organize regular humanitarian deliveries to address of our Fund first of all agricultural machinery, and also others transport and means, the equipment, including medical, computer and office technics, home appliances, and also other property according to applications of Fund are necessary to our Fund.
In our opinion, one of the mechanisms, capable to solve such problems, granting the corresponding target grant (grants) for the period of 2-3 years to address of the charitable organization in territory of the country - partner with the purpose of purchase of agricultural machinery and other property on places and its further sending to address of our Fund as the humanitarian help, or granting of such grant (grants) to our Fund with the purpose of the organization of corresponding works is.
Dear sirs! We are ready to long-term cooperation with powerful foreign partners on a mutually advantageous basis. In case of interest, we are ready to give on your consideration the Program of our Fund "Revival of the Ukrainian village", and also other documents of Fund by your inquiry, including the sample of the Contract about cooperation.
